Scrip sales August 4-6
Scrip gift cards will be sold in the MACS Central Office due to the waxing of the entrance and commons at McDonell High School. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-W open until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Closed on Friday.
Scrip 2014-15 ending sales
Scrip sales for the 2014-2015 school year totaled $1,934,132.63. We want to THANK everyone who purchased Scrip gift cards during this past year. Your commitment to McDonell Area Catholic Schools is very much appreciated.
We are now on our way to earning tuition Scrip credits for the 2016-2017 school year. Scrip summer office hours are Monday through Wednesday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Thursdays 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Scrip office is back to open on Fridays beginning the week of August 10-14.
We are looking for volunteers to help sell the business gift cards during office hours. If you are interested and are available, please give me, Barb Gale, a call at 715.723.4777.
Scrip volunteers needed
If you are able to volunteer for a couple of hours a week to help, it would be greatly appreciated. You can set the time that works best for you, anytime between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The list of projects you would be helping with may be:
- Selling Scrip gift cards
- Count Scrip gift cards after they are picked up
- Stuff Scrip envelopes
- Cut out articles for scrapbooks
- Help with mailings
- Proofread articles and newsletters
- Help other MACS Central Office staff with projects
MACS Summer READING fun
What a fantastic opportunity for families to play and enjoy the long days of summer. Children loose almost two months of learning over the summer. Take this opportunity to stay connect with learning while having fun!
